The menu is crafted by chef Damien Martin, whose career includes the Michelin-starred restaurants Loam and Nahm - alongside pastry chef Conor Cockram and breads from
Cian Mooney of Magpie Bakery. Each course is a chance to experience what’s possible from what is available locally, and to celebrate the producers and makers whose work and care bring it to our tables.
Expect an evening of good food and conversation. The night closes with traditional storyteller Aindrias de Staic, accompanied by harpist Aisling Lyons. Their performance blends folklore, myth, music, and humour to draw us into the stories of the Irish landscape.
