What do you need to do to have your Civil Ceremony Wedding at Raheen Woods Hotel?
The first step you must take is to apply for approval to the Health Services Executive Civil Registration Office. Each couple must apply directly; the hotel may not apply on their behalf. Civil Registration Office Direct Tel: 091 546277
How will approval be granted to you?
Approval is granted to each individual marriage on a case by case basis and is determined by a member of the Health Services Executive Civil Registration Office.
A member of this team will meet with you and review their application. When they are satisfied that both the hotel and the wedding couple meet the requirements, approval is then granted.
How long in advance should you apply?
Applications should be made to the Health Services Executive Civil Registration Office at least three months before the wedding; however, it is advisable to apply as far in advance as possible to guarantee requested dates. Approvals will be granted for civil ceremonies from July 2008 onwards.
What do we at Raheen Woods Hotel, have to do?
We must complete a declaration form for each individual application and also ensure that the standards set out by the Health Service Executive Civil Registration Office are adhered to at all times.
